Drive preventive maintenance strategies and vendor partnerships to deliver exceptional facility performance.Key Responsibilities
Systems Management & Operations
- Oversee all electrical, HVAC, and building management systems with 100% uptime targets
- Execute comprehensive 52-week Planned Preventive Maintenance program
- Manage critical incident response with 5-minute reporting for major disruptions
- Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts and vendor performance management
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance across all operations
- Conduct monthly facility audits and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Manage business continuity and disaster recovery protocols
- Maintain current safety certifications and compliance records
Financial & Vendor Oversight
- Process technical services invoicing through CAAPS with proper documentation
- Manage consumables inventory with monthly auditing cycles
- Cultivate strategic vendor partnerships and service provider database
- Optimize energy consumption while maintaining service levels
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead technical teams with monthly skills training and process development
- Coordinate 24/7 maintenance coverage and emergency response protocols
- Conduct weekly team meetings with documented action items
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency gains
Reporting & Documentation
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive CMMS data entry and ticket management
- Prepare Monthly Management Reports (MMR) and SLA compliance metrics
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and technical documentation
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years facility management experience with technical services focus
- Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation
- Proven track record in vendor management and contract administration
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in facility management software and CMMS platforms
- Advanced knowledge of energy management and conservation strategies
- Experience with regulatory compliance and audit preparation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
