Job Description

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve supporting the achievement of Sales Targets in terms of both volume and value. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day Technical Service for the products used on the line, conducting line trials, testing, and continuous improvement activities. Additionally, you will need to offer online troubleshooting to assist customers with our products. Key Responsibilities: - Support efficient planning of products and services. - Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure successful development and implementation of technologies. - Keep abreast of customer and competition updates and information. - Provide proactive technical support to address improvement and technical issues. - Cultivate strong customer relationships to identify business trends within and beyond the customer scope. Qualifications Required: - Professional Qualification (Degree/PG Diploma) in Paint Technology. - Preferable skills include product knowledge, knowledge of application techniques, and communication skills. - Selected skills should encompass product knowledge, knowledge of application techniques, and communication skills.,
