Manages the development of department resources through training and feedbacks.
Key dimensions:
Accountable for the Director (Supply & Logistics) KPI i.e. Hazard Recognition + Safety: (LTI + CLTI + TRI - Site)
1) Accountable for the Director KPI i.e: Brewery Sensory Score.
2) Accountable for the Regional BOP KPI: i.e: VPO Implementation.
3) VPO Implementation Department specific KPI : Heat and Electrical Usage Ratio
1. Ensure Department compliance with safety laws and regulations require implementation of Utility supervisor MCL Inventory, monitoring of critical safety and key security tasks; follow the Department's various security issues, develop and track the results of the program of action, and continuous improvement;
2. Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, compliance with the by-product wastewater management, waste management and environmental control measures and participation in environmental communication, follow the Department's environmental problems, develop and track the results of the program of action, and continuous improvement;
3. Tracking implementation of nonconforming items in food safety audits, eliminate the quality event to occur;
4. Execution Utility supervisor SCL list participating departments monthly 5S check and use SCL and effective conference track 5S completion of rectification; monthly track factory management principles ensure that departments work in accordance with factory management principles implementation; the leading Utility MCRS , according to 40-20-40principle of convening regional meetings effectively, track and guide departmental goals through; on the major challenges of KPI recommend and participate in the ITF team ensuring KPI complete regional PDCA implementation Supports the continuous process improvement and root-cause analysis, guided 5W1H way to solve the problem, to ensure continuous improvement to form a new standard under review mandatory internal / external mandatory service level agreements results improved quality of service, enhance internal and external service level agreements, timely and effective provision of services and the support of other departments;
5. According to the company's human resources management policies to develop Utility Regional training programs, and check for tracking implementation of the plan; develop and implement a performance management process, ensure the process fair, fair, regular communication with staff.
6. Monitoring, reporting on energy trends and implementation of response activities
7. According to the production and management objectives Utility Work plan and budget, sector Manager
8. Cooperation with purchasing department timely procurement CO2 , Coal and so on;
9. Organize and coordinate action on energy consumption targets, to provide the user with accurate energy report;
10. Cooperate with other departments, government departments, social functions of communication;
11. In necessary cases to help fixed assets investment project
12. By guiding staff proficiency and autonomous using VPO tools and methodologies to ensure the KPI indicators of control within budget; while continuing to challenge the new target, and continuously improve performance, common TS make InBev the best team of Budweiser.
13. Lead one of VPO pillar as per plant VPO PMO RACI.
Education:
Science Graduate / Post Graduate.
Experience:
3 Years in Utility Operations.
Be familiar with Utility Media control standard and its application in production requirements.
