Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team at Hyatt Place, responsible for leading the Food Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the Food Beverage Service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance and knowledge.
Monitor and control inventory levels, supplies, and expenses to optimize resources.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene procedures is essential.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
