ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Competency Management

  • Ensure competency mapping is conducted for all roles in our Company. Monitor periodically, to ensure 100% mapping of colleagues as per defined roles, in our workforce management tool. Provide relevant data to the Workforce Management team
  • Conduct periodic audit of competency maps on intranet to ensure alignment with the roles
  • Manage the learning initiatives for competency education and awareness – conduct competency carnivals across all offices. Conduct periodic audits to ensure 100 percent coverage of all new joinees.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team, to conduct competency based hiring workshops
  • Collaborate with Talent Development team, to ensure competency based learning programs are in alignment with the benchmark proficiency level
  • Collaborate with Talent Engagement and HR Operations, for ensuring an effective competency based performance management process every cycle
  • Assess organizational needs to ensure competencies are updated for operational effectiveness

Career Management

  • Manage all queries received regarding career planning and development through the career desk forum. Provide career-pathing options for colleagues looking to shape a career within our Company
  • Periodically audit and update career growth plans, as appropriate
  • Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning, etc.)

2. Content Development and Training

  • Design and manage periodic awareness campaigns for increased participation and engagement in Talent Management initiatives
  • Research thoroughly, conduct needs analysis and assist in the development of Talent Management initiatives and training program
  • Design and deliver ILT and e-learning programs on Talent Management initiatives


3.HIPO Program

  • Collaborate with Talent Development team to conduct HIPO assessments
  • Manage Talent Management initiatives plan and content for New Hire Orientation
  • Conduct focused group sessions with colleagues across locations, to gather relevant data for managing an organization's talent pool. Make meaningful interpretation, through data analysis and design focused action plans
  • Work towards ensuring all are people practices are in alignment as per the PCMM framework requirements


COMPLIANCE

> Should adhere to applicable Do’s & Don’ts of implemented Information Security Management System (IEC/ISO 27001:2013) and HIPAA regulations

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in human resources or related field, or an equivalent certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience or deep interest in working in organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management (preferred)
  • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
