Error-free dataEmployee Engagement, Wellness and Communication Support in a wide range of employee engagement and wellness initiatives with the aim to continuously improve employee experience. Regular follow ups from the plants and sites regarding the engagement & wellness activities and preparing Compliance Reports. Work closely with the team to conduct and evaluate employee engagement and satisfaction surveys. Organizing and conducting regular meetings for employee communication across locations and ensuring compliance 100% ComplianceReward and RecognitionReward and Recognition Organizing and Conducting various Rewards and Recognition programs across locations and ensuring compliance. Preparing and maintaining the Reward and Recognition tracker. 100% Compliance 100% Compliance Talent Mangement/Development Create & execute learning strategies and program Evaluate individual & Organizational Development needs LMS Design, Deliver e learning courses, workshop & training DEI- Building framework for DEI and implement diversity, inclusion & equity strategy for the business. Skill Matrix- Maps employee skill & Proficiency level and building Training intervention to bridge the gap. Preparation of IDPs of identified HIPOs.
