Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities: • Utilize various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication. • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, even those who are not selected. Negotiate offers with selected candidates, considering factors such as compensation, benefits, and start dates. Prepare and extend formal job offers, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other databases. Provide regular reports to HR leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
