Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive the requisition details along with job description in a specified format from the head of the departments
  • Source candidates through different medium viz. job portals, consultants, employee referrals and other medium either internally or externally if required
  • Screen the resumes as per the job description
  • Schedule and coordinate interview until the candidates get shortlisted
  • Coordinate the interview and get the feedback from the hiring manager
  • Ensure the filling of interview assessment form by the hiring manager once the candidate is shortlisted candidate
  • Initiate psychometric test, pre-medical examination and background verification (if required)
  • Ensure salary proposal, salary negotiation and salary finalization
  • Get the approval to release offer letter to candidate and send the same to the candidate
  • Ensure smooth on-boarding experience to the new hire

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MSW HR / MBA HR
  • Work Experience 5 to 10 Years
  • Must be from Automotive Industry / Corporate Functions
  • Must have Leadership Hiring Experience
  • Must have recruited candidates for the following functions (Finance, Taxation, Internal Audit, Legal, Secretarial, Corporate Planning, Corporate Strategies, Executive Assistant, Office Secretaries, IT, Facility Management, HR, Aviation, Department Heads, Estate Management and Corporate Relations)

Must-To-Go Skills:

  • Developing and executing recruitment strategy aligned with the business needs
  • Expertise in employer branding to attract top talents for leadership hiring
  • Ability to evaluate resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates
  • Managing salary negotiation

Good-To-Go Skills:

  • Being updated with the recruitment trends
  • Proficiency in using multiple job portals
  • Proficiency in ATS and HRMS/HRIS platforms
