Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline (Staffing Focus) Source active and passive candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, social networks, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies. Build talent pipelines for recurring staffing categories (HR, Finance/Accounting, Operations, Admin, PMO, Inside Sales, Corporate Services, etc.). Apply Boolean search, OR/XRAY techniques, and proactive headhunting. 2. End-to-End Recruitment Conduct requirement intake with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Review resumes, screen candidates for skills, experience, communication, cultural fit, and project alignment. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and closing processes. Manage offer negotiation, documentation, onboarding, and background verification coordination. 3. Staffing Agency Productivity Expectations Meet daily/weekly KPIs such as: 100120 calls/day (or outreach equivalents) 3–5 qualified submissions per requisition per day 4–6 screened and qualified profiles daily for HOT requirements Work under strict turnaround times, SLA-driven hiring needs, and competitive staffing environments. 4. Stakeholder Management Work closely with India/US Managers to understand hiring priorities. Provide updates on candidate pipelines, challenges, timelines, and hiring strategy. 5. Candidate Experience & Branding Maintain transparent and timely communication with candidates throughout the cycle. Promote company culture, values, and benefits to enhance candidate engagement. Ensure professionalism, empathy, and strong follow-up at every stage. 6. Compliance & Documentation Ensure accurate data entry in ATS and recruitment trackers. Maintain documentation per company standards, including interview notes, salary discussions, and candidate history. Ensure adherence to staffing compliance processes, including anti-bias hiring practices, data security, and confidentiality. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 1-2 years of experience in a S taffing agency or recruitment consulting firm (must-have). Strong experience sourcing from Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and social platforms. Excellent communication skills, especially for US client/candidate interactions. Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions in high-pressure, fast-paced staffing environments. Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment trackers, and performance metrics. Strong negotiation and closing skills for offers and counter-offers. Strong experience with MS office Preferred Experience Experience recruiting for corporate/non-IT roles , including: HR, Finance, Operations, Administrative, Customer Support, Inside Sales, PMO, Facilities, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and other shared-service functions. Experience supporting US staffing with night-shift or hybrid-shift coverage. Exposure to MSP/VMS programs and global clients.
