About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic US Healthcare Recruiters to join our fast-growing US Healthcare Staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with 02 years of experience who want to build a career in US Recruitment, Healthcare Staffing, and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist Healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses (RN), Allied Healthcare, Medical Coders, Therapists, etc.
• Work with US clients, VMS Portals, and internal teams to understand job requirements.
• Perform full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize job boards such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Maintain candidate databases and update ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare candidates and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards, documentation, and hiring protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers or 0-2 years of experience in US Recruitment / Healthcare Staffing / BPO / KPO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, US staffing, and healthcare recruitment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shifts (mandatory).
• Good understanding of MS Office, Email etiquette, Internet research.
