Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist

  Healthcare professionals

  such as Registered Nurses (RN), Allied Healthcare, Medical Coders, Therapists, etc.
• Work with

  US clients

  ,

  VMS Portals

  , and internal teams to understand job requirements.
• Perform

  full-cycle recruitment

  including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize

  job boards

  such as

  Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder

  , and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Maintain candidate databases and update

  ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

  .
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare candidates and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with

  US recruitment standards

  , documentation, and hiring protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers

  or

  02 years of experience

  in

  US Recruitment / Healthcare Staffing / BPO / KPO

  .
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interest in

  talent acquisition

  ,

  US staffing

  , and

  healthcare recruitment

  .
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven environment

  .
• Willingness to work in

  US Night Shifts

  (mandatory).
• Good understanding of MS Office, Email etiquette, Internet research.
