As a Pharma Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for pharmaceutical roles. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the full cycle of pharmaceutical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates - Partnering with hiring managers and department heads to understand position requirements and develop targeted search strategies - Using a range of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and attract top pharmaceutical talent - Evaluating resumes, interviewing candidates, and assessing fit for various positions in research, development, sales, regulatory, and manufacturing - Maintaining and updating candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Negotiating job offers, coordinating background checks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Monitoring key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and preparing regular reports for management - Staying updated with pharmaceutical industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement - Ensuring recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting for pharmaceutical or bio-tech organizations, either agency or in-house - Strong understanding of pharmaceutical roles, technical requirements, and compliance standards - Proficiency with ATS/HRIS and common sourcing platforms - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously If interested, kindly fill the details mentioned in the job posting and send your updated resume to varad@m3consultant.net As a Pharma Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for pharmaceutical roles.
