About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support HR and Payroll system initiatives across India, Singapore, Thailand. with a strong focus on ADP solutions. This role will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, translating requirements into Jira user stories, and developing test scripts to ensure accurate implementation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in regional HR/payroll processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to capture, validate, and document business requirements for system enhancements and new implementations
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process reviews to understand country-specific HR/payroll needs and compliance requirements.
• Documentation & Jira Management
• Translate requirements into clear and actionable Jira epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements, Jira items, and testing deliverables.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Develop detailed test scripts and test cases aligned to requirements.
• Coordinate and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business teams.
• Log, track, and validate defect resolutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as a bridge between HR/Payroll teams and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issue resolution.
• Subject Matter Expertise
• Leverage hands-on experience with ADP payroll solutions to guide process optimization.
• Stay informed of country-specific payroll regulations, compliance changes, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in HR/Payroll technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADP solutions and regional payroll compliance in India, Singapore, and Thailand.
• Demonstrated experience writing user stories in Jira and creating end-to-end test scripts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple geographies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations preferred.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud or other HRIS platforms.
• Experience with agile delivery frameworks.
• Prior involvement in multi-country payroll system rollouts.
