Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance.
Identify data patterns and trends, providing insights to enhance business decision-making capabilities in business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies.
Conduct exploratory and confirmatory data analysis, translating data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies.
Communicate findings clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders.
Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
Collaborate with internal and external business partners to build, implement, track, and improve decision strategies.
Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in SAS and SQL.
In-depth knowledge of Credit Risk Analytics and experience in data-driven decision-making.
Exposure to Python or PySpark for data analysis and automation is desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and attention to detail, with experience in financial services analytics or a similar domain.
