Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and workflows.
  • Document detailed

  • Convert business requirements into Spoors platform configurations where applicable.

Product & Implementation Support

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure clarity on requirements.
  • Participate in solution design discussions and recommend optimal workflow configurations.
  • Assist in platform setup, form configurations, workflows, and rule creation (Spoors product experience is a plus).

Project Coordination

  • Work closely with CSM/Implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Plan and coordinate

    UAT

    , gather feedback, and validate delivered solutions.
  • Track requirements, gaps, and change requests through tools like Jira.

Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation or optimization.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal and customer use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 35 years

    of experience as a

    Business Analyst / Implementation Analyst

    , preferably in a

    SaaS or product-based environment

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    workflow automation

    ,

    form-building

    , or

    field force automation

    platforms.
  • Excellent documentation skills: BRD, FRD, wireframes, user stories, process mapping.
  • Good understanding of

    SDLC

    ,

    Agile methodology

    , and requirement lifecycle.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Jira, Confluence, Excel

    , and diagramming tools (Visio, Draw.io, Figma).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Good to Have

  • Experience with
