Key Responsibilities:

1.

• Define and communicate a clear

  product

  vision

  and

  multi-year

  roadmap

  aligned with Spoors business objectives.
• Identify emerging

  market

  trends,

  customer

  pain

  points,

  and

  technology

  shifts

  to drive innovation.
• Establish EFFORT as a

  category-defining

  low-code

  automation

  platform

  through continuous differentiation and value delivery.

2. Product Execution & Innovation

• Oversee the

  end-to-end

  product

  lifecycle

  , from concept to design, development, and GTM.
• Build data-driven frameworks for

  prioritization,

  validation,

  and

  delivery

  of product features.
• Drive

  AI-led

  automation,

  analytics,

  and

  integration

  capabilities

  to expand platform potential.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure delivery quality, scalability, and performance.

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and scale a

  high-performing

  product

  organization

  — including Product Managers, UX Designers, and Product Analysts.
• Create an environment that fosters ownership, creativity, and accountability.

4. Customer & Market Focus

• Engage directly with customers, partners, and enterprise clients to understand needs and validate solutions.
• Translate customer feedback and competitive insights into actionable product strategy.
• Champion customer-centric design and

  continuous

  improvement

  in

  user

  experience

  (UX)

  .

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with

  Sales,

  Marketing,

  and

  Customer

  Success

  to align product vision with GTM and adoption strategies.
• Partner with the CEO and Leadership Team on

  growth

  initiatives,

  strategic

  partnerships,

  and

  business expansion

  .

Qualifications & Skills:

• 15–20

  years

  of experience in Product Management, including at least

  8

  years

  in

  senior

  product leadership

  roles.
• Proven experience in

  SaaS

  /

  Enterprise

  B2B

  platforms

  , ideally in workflow automation, mobility, or low-code/no-code ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of

  Agile

  product

  development,

  UX

  principles,

  analytics,

  and

  data-driven decision-making

  .
• Strong

  business

  acumen

  with exposure to P&L ownership and scaling digital products globally.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic storytelling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent;

  MBA

  preferred

  .
