As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process. Your responsibilities will include: - **Candidate Sourcing:** Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media, and networking to attract a diverse pool of candidates. - **Candidate Screening:** Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. - **Interview Coordination:** Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role. - **Candidate Assessment:** Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments. - **Candidate Communication:** Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. - **Collaboration with Hiring Managers:** Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and position requirements. - **Job Posting and Advertisement:** Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates. - **Candidate Pipeline Management:** Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings. - **Data Management:** Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. - **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related field (experience in HR or customer service roles may be considered). - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus. - Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
