You will be responsible for supporting HR operations in various aspects. This includes coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, scheduling and conducting interviews, handling HR administration tasks such as orientation, induction, and exit formalities, managing employee relations, and generating reports and analytics based on up-to-date data.
