Role: Corporate Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, including IT, Business, Partnerships, Operations, Finance, and Account Management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and key attributes for potential hires.
Partner with various business units such as Business, Operations, Growth, Finance, and Data Science to fulfill hiring needs.
Actively source, screen, and select top-tier talent while implementing best recruitment practices.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Contribute ideas to enhance hiring processes, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies.
Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants' capabilities and motivations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree with 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in either an agency or in-house setup.
Strong online candidate sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting channels.
Proven experience in closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ownership.
Process-oriented mindset with hands-on experience in hiring tools and ATS systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deliver quality hires within deadlines.
