Why This Role Matters

Logistics is the backbone of every eCommerce experience, and as we scale, unlocking efficiency and reliability in this space directly impacts conversions, merchant satisfaction, and retention. As Sales Manager – Logistics, you’ll drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing partners. You’ll own the full sales cycle, develop high-impact strategies, and build long-term relationships with enterprise clients. This is a high-ownership role where your efforts will directly translate into GoKwik’s growth in the logistics ecosystem.

What You’ll Own

  • Drive new client acquisition and expand opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Build and deliver customised proposals and pricing strategies aligned with client needs.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and enterprise clients.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Who You Are

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and translate them into measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in client-facing discussions.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup-style environment with high ownership.
