We co-create and execute the future vision of 400+ clients with the help of our 44,000+ employees.Salesforce Expertise & AdministrationServe as the primary Salesforce Subject Matter Expert, overseeing system configuration, customization, and optimization.Design and implement Salesforce workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports to improve productivity and visibility across teams.Collaborate with IT and cross-functional departments to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise tools (e.g., marketing automation, ERP, analytics).Ensure data integrity, user adoption, and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.Conduct user training sessions and workshops to upskill the sales team and improve CRM utilization.Stay current on Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices.Sales Management & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales strategies and plans aligned with company goals.Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.Analyze pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, and conversion metrics using Salesforce analytics.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce for customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
