Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Training & Development – PMS & Employee Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

1. Training & Development

• Conduct TNA and identify competency gaps across departments.
• Design and execute the annual training calendar (internal & external programs).
• Coordinate with trainers, consultants, and L&D partners.
• Maintain training MIS, feedback, and effectiveness evaluation (Kirkpatrick model).
• Support onboarding, behavioral, and leadership development programs.

2. Performance Management System (PMS)

• Coordinate the end-to-end PMS cycle: goal setting, reviews, and appraisals.
• Ensure KRAs/KPIs alignment with business objectives.
• Enable managers and HODs on performance review practices.
• Analyze PMS data and generate management reports.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan and execute engagement initiatives (festivals, R&R, team-building).
• Conduct HR pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.

4. POSH – Internal Committee Member

• Act as an IC member under the POSH Act.
• Conduct POSH awareness sessions and support documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate IC meetings and ensure statutory compliance.

5. HR Policy & HRMS Administration

• Draft, review, and update HR policies aligned with law and best practices.
• Manage HRMS operations, employee support, vendor coordination, and reporting.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of L&D, PMS, and HR operations.
• Sound policy drafting and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools; analytics exposure preferred.
