Human Resources - Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) 
  • Lead people development and employee engagement initiatives 
  • Own and drive people-related responsibilities across functions 
  • Lead people barometer surveys and initiatives focused on employee happiness and engagement 
  • Partner with leadership to support organizational culture and growth 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Postgraduate degree in Humanities / HR / related fields 
  • Prior experience in the consulting domain or AI-driven organizations 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders 
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to take tasks to completion 
  • Willingness to travel across India as per role requirements 

Location & Work Mode

  • Primary location: 

    Ahmedabad

     
  • Candidate must be willing to travel based on business needs 
  • Role requires working from office
