As an Assistant Manager, HR & Admin at VINSAK, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing HRM and administrative functions for the Mumbai region. Your responsibilities will include implementing recruitment and selection processes, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management, ensuring HR policies and compliance, organizing learning and development initiatives, handling administrative functions, and conducting HR reporting and analysis for specific regions in India. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with recruitment consultants and stakeholders for recruitment and hiring. - Work with team managers for organization development activities. - Implement HR policies and procedures in coordination with stakeholders. - Identify training needs and organize induction and training programs. - Maintain attendance and statutory records. Qualification Required: - MBA in HR from a reputed institute. - Experience in independently handling HR Systems like recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction. - Minimum 8 to 10 years of HR experience.
