The Senior Executive (Sales) will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets assigned for machinery and consumable sales. He/ she will be carrying out the following tasks:
· Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for all machine related enquiries
· Appointment of new customers
· Regular visits to customers to develop business relationships
· Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs for new customer leads
· Expansion of Sales to existing customers of entire product region
· Create techno-commercial proposals and responses to RFQ/RFPs
· Develop and deliver product and technical presentations.
· Maintain a working knowledge of competitors, products and services and of emerging trends in the printing industry
· Assist clients with ROI studies, equipment budgets, system requirements and specifications.
· Conduct presentations and POCs. Support technical due diligence with potential customers.
· Help Commercial Manager in shaping the commercial offering, contracting strategy and capture strategy. Prepare and pass the project view.
· Understand customer requirements and Request for Quotations and communicate contract technical and commercial requirements to senior management.
· Prepare and pass the business and sector Risk Reviews. Submit and present the technical offers to the customers.
· Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
