Description
As a trusted advisor and technical consultant, your primary responsibility will be to address all machine-related inquiries and assist in the appointment of new customers. You will be required to conduct regular visits to customers to foster strong business relationships and expand sales within the entire product region. Additionally, you will participate in exhibitions and trade fairs to generate new customer leads. You will be tasked with creating techno-commercial proposals and responding to RFQ/RFPs. It will be crucial for you to develop and deliver product and technical presentations while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of competitors, products, and services in the printing industry. Furthermore, you will assist clients with ROI studies, equipment budgets, system requirements, and specifications. In collaboration with the commercial manager, you will contribute to shaping the commercial offering, contracting strategy, and capture strategy. This will involve preparing and passing project views, business and sector risk reviews, and technical offers to customers. You will also engage in conducting presentations, POCs, and supporting technical due diligence with potential customers. Your role will require close coordination with various departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach. Understanding customer requirements and effectively communicating contract technical and commercial requirements to senior management will be essential for success in this position.
