Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and market research
Visit customer sites, explain product features, pricing, and installation process
Develop strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, dealers, and end customers
Convert B2B and B2C leads into confirmed orders
Coordinate with measurement, installation, production, and logistics teams for smooth execution
Prepare and submit daily visit reports and weekly sales reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Collect market intelligence and competitor information
Follow company sales processes, CRM updates, and policies
