About the role As the Assistant Manager- Digital Marketing, you will support the optimisation and execution of digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. You’ll assist in managing campaigns across platforms like paid search, social media, display ads, and affiliate marketing. This role involves working closely with teams such as product, data, and creative to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals. What you’ll be doing Execution Excellence : Operational Understanding & experience of Meta Ads, Google Ads & DV360, Understanding of 3rd Party Publisher Ecosystem. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing detailed reports and insights on campaign performance. Use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. Ad tech setup : Should be very savvy and be able to evaluate multiple platforms, onboard partners, set planning principles and manage campaigns. Optimization : Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns through A/B testing, bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative adjustments. Collaboration : Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activity and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations and plans. The role requires close collaboration with partners - Google/Facebook/Twitter, 3rd party - publisher ecosystem, content & creative Team, analytics Measurement : Thinking beyond just media metrics, working towards business attribution of the media impact. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective. What we're looking for 1-3 years of experience in campaign management/managing Google ads/Meta ads Experience in app installation and engagement campaigns Hands-on MS Excel experience Have hands-on experience with reporting and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Third-party App measurement platforms, etc Nice to-haves Experience in creating campaign strategies to drive and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, and LTV. Handled Google, Meta and DV360 performance campaigns in a hyper-growth startup or in a performance marketing agency for at least 2 years Excellent analytical skills. Prior experience with analytical tools like Appsflyer, Mixpanel and Amplitude is preferred.
