We specialize in product research and design, brand and product positioning, go-to-market strategy, demand generation through high-growth marketing, channel partner distribution management, and efficient end-to-end sales and marketing infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day accounting – Manage daily financial transactions, including entries in accounting software.
  • Bank reconciliation – Verify and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
  • Accounts payable and receivable – Handle Sales data maintenance, invoicing, payment collection ,vendor payments, invoices, and customer billing.
  • Preparation of financial statements – Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • GST, TDS, and tax compliance – Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and adherence to tax regulations.
  • Expense monitoring and budgeting – Track company expenses and assist in budget preparation.
  • Payroll processing – Maintain salary records and ensure timely payroll disbursement.
  • Coordination with auditors – Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Maintenance of ledgers and records – Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial data.
  • Support management decisions – Provide financial insights and analysis for decision-making.


Required skills & qualification

• Bachelor's/master’s (B.com, M.Com or MBA in Finance) or CA is preferred.

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting and finance roles in real estate industry.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
