About the Role

Asset Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update attendance, call reports, and communication logs.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle (IMACD: Installation, Movement, Addition, Change, Disposal).
• Perform asset tagging and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
• Coordinate procurement requests (CER/PR), raise Capex requests, and follow up for approvals.
• Work with vendors for purchase orders, deliveries, installations, and breakdown support.
• Manage scrap lists, asset disposal, and invoice processing via Cimmra/Capex Portals.
• Conduct periodic IT asset verification and prepare monthly reports for Finance.
• Maintain records of issue slips, gate passes (RGP/NRGP), SOPs, service reports, and audit files.
• Organize engineer duty schedules including shift allocations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in IT, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in IT asset coordination/management.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and inventory control.
• Hands-on experience with portals (Capex, Cimmra) and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
