Job Description – Asset Coordinator

Position: Asset Coordinator

Experience: 2–4 years

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Monthly CTC: ₹35,000

Preferred Joining: Within 0–15 days

Responsibilities

● Maintain and update daily attendance, call reports, phone/email logs.

● Manage IT asset lifecycle following the IMACD process (Installation, Movement,

Addition, Change, Disposal).

● Perform asset tagging for new assets and maintain accurate inventory records in Excel

and documentation systems.

● Prepare and update scrap lists, coordinate with vendors/finance for invoice processing,

and oversee asset disposal.

● Handle procurement requests (CER/PR), raise CER in Capex Portal, and follow up with

stakeholders for approvals.

● Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, delivery of new assets, and installation.

● Prepare monthly asset installation and status reports for the Finance department.

● Conduct periodic physical verification of IT assets.

● Process IT invoices, ensure timely submission to stores/accounts, and update them in

Cimmra Portal.

● Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for breakdown calls, quotations, and

proposals for parts or new assets.

● Manage gate pass creation (RGP/NRGP) for in/out material movement and ensure

closure.

● Collect and issue new IT assets from stores, maintaining proper issue slip records.

● Maintain documentation including SOPs, invoices, service reports, and audit files.

● Prepare and manage duty schedules for engineers (including dosing and shift

allocations).

Requirements

● Graduate in IT/Commerce/Business Administration or relevant field.

● 2–4 years of experience in IT asset coordination/management.

● Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and inventory practices.

● Hands-on experience with documentation, portals (Capex, Cimmra), and vendor

coordination.

● Good communication, follow-up, and reporting skills.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
