Asset Coordinator

Role Overview: As an Asset Coordinator L1 at our company in Ahamdabad, you will be responsible for asset management support and day-to-day updating of asset data in the CMDB asset tool. Your role will involve adding, updating, modifying assets as per user requests, troubleshooting asset queries, raising service tickets in the asset management tool, and preparing ARC/RRC data for approval. Additionally, you will handle asset inventory, co-ordinate with OEMs/Vendors, provide asset tags, ensure software installation compliance, and manage vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Good Knowledge of MS Excel - Good Communication Skills - Update asset data in CMDB asset tool - Add, update, modify assets as per user requests - Troubleshoot asset queries and software issues - Raise service tickets in the asset management tool - Prepare ARC/RRC data for approval - Update asset stock details and issue assets to users - Handle asset inventory and related activities - Coordinate meetings with OEMs/Vendors - Provide asset tags as per BU wise assets delivered - Ensure software installation compliance and troubleshooting - Manage vendor coordination Qualifications Required: - Graduation Please note that interested candidates are requested to drop their resumes at s.anisha@onactive.in.
