Asset Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  entire IT asset lifecycle

  — from procurement to retirement.
• Track and maintain records of hardware and software inventory.
• Coordinate

  IMAC activities

  (Install, Move, Add, Change) efficiently.
• Ensure asset-related data is up-to-date and accurately documented in ITSM tools.
• Prepare and maintain regular

  asset reports

  using MS Excel.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with

  SLA

  commitments related to asset handling.
• Support audits by maintaining accurate and complete asset records.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT support, and other internal teams.

Required Skills:

• 1.6 years of relevant experience in

  IT asset coordination or management

• Good understanding of the

  asset lifecycle process

• Hands-on experience with

  Excel

  (data tracking, reporting)
• Familiarity with

  IMAC

  ,

  SLA

  , and

  ITSM

  processes/tools
• Excellent

  communication and coordination

  skills
• Attention to detail and process-driven mindset
