Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and configuration of desktop/laptop systems, printers, and other peripherals
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
Manage and resolve technical support tickets using ticketing tools
Provide support for Office 365 applications and services
Monitor and maintain system performance and security
Assist in software deployment, patch updates, and antivirus management
Coordinate with other IT team members for escalations and complex issues
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
Proficiency in configuring and supporting Office 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Experience with ticketing tools like Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, or similar
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DNS, etc.)
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
