Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, computer peripherals (like printers), and software applications. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, software bugs, and hardware malfunctions to minimize downtime. System Maintenance: Conduct regular system maintenance, install software and hardware updates, and manage user accounts and permissions. Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and records of IT inventory, issues, and solutions. User Support: Communicate with users to understand problems, provide basic training on computer operation and software usage, and manage expectations during the resolution process. Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to larger IT projects, such as hardware rollouts or system upgrades.
