Senior Technical Specialist

You are a skilled VIP Support Engineer with over 2 years of experience in End-User Services (EUS), MAC, and Desktop Support, responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to executive and high-profile users. Your role requires providing dedicated VIP/End User support, managing Level 2 Desktop Support tasks, supporting MAC and Windows systems, handling remote support, escalating complex technical issues, collaborating with IT teams, and maintaining detailed documentation of user issues and solutions using ticketing tools. Your responsibilities include ensuring minimal downtime for high-priority users, troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, and network issues, configuring, setting up, and troubleshooting MAC and Windows systems, and communicating timely updates to VIP users throughout the support process. You must have proven experience in VIP User Support or Executive Support roles, a strong understanding of EUS and ITIL-based support practices, experience with MAC OS and Windows OS support at L2 level, proficiency in troubleshooting various devices, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems. Preferred qualifications include ITIL Foundation Certification, experience working in corporate environments, supporting C-Level executives, and familiarity with MDM tools and endpoint security.,
