Key responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Spreadsheet, Asset Management & Inventory Skills
o Ability to use asset management tools or spreadsheets to maintain accurate records.
o Understanding of hardware and software versioning (router firmware, Windows version, RDS Mk version).
o Attention to detail for conducting regular spot checks and updates.
Operating System & Software Management Skills
o Knowledge of Windows OS features, settings, and system information tools.
o Ability to perform Windows OS patching and updates safely.
o Experience with OS password configuration and user account management.
o Ability to execute OS upgrades following documented procedures.
Network & Router Admin Skills
o Basic understanding of network devices and router firmware versions.
o Ability to log into router admin interfaces securely.
o Knowledge of managing router admin usernames and passwords following security standards.
Cybersecurity & Password Management Skills
o Understanding of password complexity requirements and security best practices.
o Ability to install and configure password manager applications.
o Familiarity with secure storage and handling of credentials.
Browser Configuration & Troubleshooting Skills
o Experience with checking browser details (version, plugins, extensions).
o Ability to install, remove, and configure different browsers.
General IT Support Skills
o Ability to follow structured checklists and SOPs
o communication skills when interacting with staff during checks or updates.
Required skills, Experience and Qualification
1-3 years of experience in the role of Troubleshooting, software management skills and General IT Support skills
Proven experience in IT Support
Degree in Computer Science or relevant
Communication and Collaboration Tools: MS Teams, Outlook.
Additional Tools: MS Office Suite.
Good Communication skills
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
