1. Knowledge of .Net framework, C#, Asp.net MVC
2. Knowledge of scripting languages, SQL Knowledge
3. Need to understand the end-to-end functionality of the Application.
4. Troubleshoot and rectify application issues.
5. Coordinate with the development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
6. Provide technical support to end-users for software applications, addressing issues related to Configuration, usage, and functionality.
7. Diagnose and troubleshoot application problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams. 8. Collaborate with Business Users and other relevant parties to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
9. Document and maintain accurate records of reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.
10. Develop and maintain support documentation, including user guides and FAQs, to assist users in navigating applications.
1. Strong knowledge of Visual Studio Code | Android Studio
2. Knowledge in code versioning tools like Git\ TFS\ Bit Bucket, etc.
