Job Title: GCP App Support Lead

Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days)

Key Responsibilities

Shift Leadership

Manage daily shift operations including task allocation, monitoring, and reporting.
Coordinate team activities and ensure SLAs are met.
Perform end-of-shift reporting and ensure smooth handovers.
Work in general shift hours (10 AM 7 PM).

Application Support

Perform L1 and L2 support activities (50% L1 / 50% L2)
Troubleshoot and debug application issues with excellent problem-solving skills.
Fetch and analyze logs to identify root causes.
Provide timely incident updates and prepare reports.

Monitoring & Tools

Must have experience with
Appium monitoring
.
Good to have exposure to
Dynatrace
or similar monitoring tools.

Domain Knowledge

Experience in
Banking or BFSI
domain is a plus.

Required Skills

Excellent troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
Log analysis expertise
Appium monitoring experience
SQL and reporting skills
Unix/Linux understanding
Good communication and team coordination abilities
