Tech Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Application Monitoring Expert with deep experience in managing and optimizing monitoring for high-traffic e-commerce platforms using Site24x7. This role is critical to ensuring the performance, availability, and reliability of our digital storefronts, APIs, and backend systems. Key Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end monitoring strategies using Site24x7 for web, mobile, and API-based e-commerce applications. Configure synthetic transaction monitors to simulate key user journeys (e. g. , login, search, add to cart, checkout). Set up and fine-tune real-user monitoring (RUM) to capture customer experience metrics. Monitor application performance using APM Insight and integrate with backend services and databases. Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify stable element locators for scripting. Analyze alert trends, reduce false positives, and improve incident response times. Generate daily/weekly reports on uptime, performance, and SLA compliance. Act as the primary liaison with Site24x7 support for advanced troubleshooting and feature enhancements. Develop and maintain custom dashboards for business and technical stakeholders. Integrate Site24x7 with ITSM tools (e. g. , ServiceNow, Jira) for automated incident creation and tracking. Conduct regular audits of monitoring configurations to ensure completeness and accuracy. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments. Mandatory certification (if Any): Site24x7 certification (if available).
