Job Description

As an Application Support Lead with 8+ years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Utilize Postman to troubleshoot API issues efficiently. - Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) crucial for assessing business performance. - Collect, analyze, troubleshoot, and tune performance data effectively. - Master new software and tools for technical research analysis on incidents/bugs in the production environment. - Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and automate processes for enhanced efficiency. - Train new team members, ensuring clear expectations on SOPs and SLAs. - Engage in troubleshooting activities, debugging environmental issues, and providing day-to-day production support. - Drive issue resolutions, document RCA & CAPA, and track them till closure within SLA guidelines. - Maintain SLAs and KPIs without any slippage or deviation. - Share knowledge with team members, enabling them to contribute effectively and suggest best practices. - Demonstrate strong leadership skills by collaborating with clients and other teams to address challenges, blockers, and new requirements. - Possess excellent analytical skills and adaptability to changing work priorities. - Work well in a team environment while being self-motivated to perform effectively without constant supervision. - Organize and lead daily priorities for yourself and a team of 3-5 members. It would be beneficial if you also have the following skills: - Contribute to developing and maintaining automation tools to minimize manual work and enhance performance. - Knowledge of AWS cloud services. - Experience with monitoring and reporting tools like Grafana (Preferred), Coralogix, Datadog. - Ability to configure alerts and tracing for continuous monitoring using APM tools such as ELK, Splunk, and other log aggregation tools. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and previous working experience with Kanban, Jira tools. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with day shifts.
