Application Support Lead

You have a job opportunity for an Application Support Lead with the following responsibilities: - Utilize postman to troubleshoot APIs and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for business performance. - Collect, analyze, troubleshoot, and tune performance data efficiently. - Master new software and tools for technical research analysis on incidents/bugs in the production environment. - Identify process gaps, suggest improvements/automations, and ensure adherence to SOPs/SLAs. - Train new team members on processes and expectations, ensuring efficient day-to-day support for production. - Drive issue resolutions, document RCA & CAPA, and track them till closure within SLA. - Prevent slippage or deviation in SLAs/KPIs and promote knowledge sharing within the team. - Collaborate with clients and teams to address challenges, identify root causes, and propose solutions. - Demonstrate strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and adaptability to changing priorities. - Work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and organizational skills. - Organize and lead daily priorities for yourself and a team of 3-5 members. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have experience in: - Contributing to automation tools development and maintenance for performance optimization. - Knowledge of AWS cloud, monitoring tools like Grafana, Coralogix, Datadog, and APM tools. - Experience with Agile methodology, Kanban, Jira tools. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work shift is during the day from Monday to Friday.
