About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, user support, network assistance, and supporting production line environments. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues and play a key role in ensuring seamless operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults; perform regular system checks.
Assist end users and provide training on IT systems and tools.
Ensure IT security compliance and basic cyber-security hygiene.
Maintain documentation, incident reports, helpdesk articles, and how-to guides.
Work closely with IT team members to improve support operations.
Stay updated with new technologies and recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and LAN issues to ensure reliable connectivity.
Provide Microsoft application support including Office 365.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in IT support or similar role.
Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
