Ensuring client satisfaction and keep network up and running are essential in this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ø The NOC support Level 1 position is a key contributor in the success of managing our client’s networks. This is achieved by quickly resolving incidents that our clients open tickets for and by constantly. Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: Must have Skills: Ø monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents before our clients are aware. Ø Strong customer relationship skills during critical incidents triaging over the phone or MS teams. Ø Keep standard operations procedures SOP document updates on a regular interval based on upgrades. Ø Document the RCA – root cause analysis document for High Severity incidents and update the Knowledge base. Ø Capable of performing patch management to the servers and network assets using Kaseya VSA tool on agreed intervals with the client team Ø Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail. Ø Knowledge in basic networking configurations and proactive monitoring Ø Review the daily, weekly and monthly checklist and adhere to the completion. Ø Experience in Windows & Linux Operating Systems and basic compute troubleshooting skills.
