Asset Coordinator

You will be responsible for providing asset management support, including updating asset data in the CMDB asset tool on a daily basis. This involves adding assets to the Asset tool as per received requests and updating, changing, or modifying assets based on user requests. You will also provide troubleshooting support for asset queries and software issues related to asset discovery. Additionally, you will be required to raise tickets in the service now (asset management tool) catalog for updates or modifications, prepare ARC/RRC data for approval from the respected BUIT, and ensure proper updating of asset stock details. Asset inventory (PIV), asset-related activities, and coordination with respective OEM/Vendor for the Asset management tool will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will prepare and provide asset tags as per BU-wise assets delivered at the site, handle coverage/compliance software installation and troubleshooting, and coordinate with vendors when necessary. Good knowledge of MS Excel, excellent communication skills, and a graduation qualification are required for this role.
