As our Sales Outreach Specialist, you’ll spearhead the end-to-end outreach process that fuels both our sales pipeline and candidate funnel. What You’ll Do80% Sales OutreachTarget Research: Curate and maintain a list of 200–300 high-value accounts and decision-makers.Cadence Development: Design, launch, and refine multi-touch email and LinkedIn InMail sequences to maximize engagement.Qualification & Discovery: Follow up on responses via structured emails and short discovery calls to surface qualified opportunities.Meeting Handoff: Coordinate calendars and transition qualified meetings smoothly to our Account Executives.Performance Optimization: Monitor open-rates, response-rates, and meeting-set metrics; execute A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and value propositions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to iterate messaging playbooks and identify new segments or differentiators. 20% Administrative & Talent SupportReporting & Dashboards: Compile weekly outreach metrics, pipeline health snapshots, and forecast updates.Talent Pool Building: Source and engage candidates for client roles—ensuring a robust talent pipeline.Requisition Management: Track open vacancies, highlight pipeline gaps, and maintain active candidate engagement.Passive Outreach: Identify and connect with senior or passive prospects through professional networks and platforms.Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously refine both outreach and sourcing processes. What We’re Looking ForExperience: 0–3 years in B2B sales development or lead generation, focused on email/messaging campaigns.Results-Driven: Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding email activity and meeting-setting goals.Communication: Exceptional written skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach copy and follow-ups.Research & Organization: Strong investigative instincts and meticulous attention to detail.Self-Starter: Able to juggle proactive outreach initiatives with timely reporting and sourcing tasks.Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM and email-automation platforms.Growth Mindset: Data-driven, coachable, and always iterating for improvement.
