What You’ll Do 🌟 Client Relationship Management Act as the key point of contact for assigned clients. Build lasting relationships based on trust and responsiveness. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. 📈 Account Growth & Retention Understand client goals and industry context. Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Support renewal and retention initiatives. 🤝 Team Coordination & Delivery Oversight Lead and mentor a small team of client executives. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth and timely delivery. Manage client escalations and ensure resolution. 📊 Reporting & Client Communication Deliver regular performance updates to clients. Lead review meetings and capture client feedback. Maintain clear records of client touchpoints and team updates. What You’ll Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success. Prior experience in mentoring or leading a small team is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Strong fluency in Hindi and English (spoken & written).
