Join us in shaping the future of the construction and interior design industry ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: β Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. β Client Strategy Development: Develop tailored strategies and plans to meet the specific needs and objectives of key accounts, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals. β Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by maximizing opportunities within key accounts and expanding the client portfolio. β Coordinate Internal Resources: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively. β Conduct Regular Business Reviews: Schedule and conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key clients to discuss performance, opportunities, and strategies for growth. β Analyze Client Data: Monitor and analyze client performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve client outcomes. β Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with key clients, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company policies. β Handle Client Issues and Complaints: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing and resolving any issues, complaints, or service challenges promptly. β Market and Industry Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. β Develop New Business: Identify opportunities for expanding business within existing key accounts and for bringing in new clients to increase the company's market share. β Prepare and Present Reports: Provide regular updates and reports on key account performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management. β Ensure Compliance: Ensure all activities with key accounts comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications & Experience: β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. β’ 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, interior solutions, or false ceiling industry. β’ Strong understanding of false ceiling materials, applications, and installation processes. β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. β’ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite. β’ Willingness to travel as needed.
