Join us in shaping the future of the construction and interior design industry ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. ● Client Strategy Development: Develop tailored strategies and plans to meet the specific needs and objectives of key accounts, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals. ● Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by maximizing opportunities within key accounts and expanding the client portfolio. ● Coordinate Internal Resources: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively. ● Conduct Regular Business Reviews: Schedule and conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key clients to discuss performance, opportunities, and strategies for growth. ● Analyze Client Data: Monitor and analyze client performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve client outcomes. ● Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with key clients, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company policies. ● Handle Client Issues and Complaints: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing and resolving any issues, complaints, or service challenges promptly. ● Market and Industry Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. ● Develop New Business: Identify opportunities for expanding business within existing key accounts and for bringing in new clients to increase the company's market share. ● Prepare and Present Reports: Provide regular updates and reports on key account performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management. ● Ensure Compliance: Ensure all activities with key accounts comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications & Experience: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. β€’ 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, interior solutions, or false ceiling industry. β€’ Strong understanding of false ceiling materials, applications, and installation processes. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite. β€’ Willingness to travel as needed.
