We are now looking for a Design and R&D Executive to join our team—a role that blends relationship management, strategic sales, and business growth in a dynamic and expanding industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Focus: Accuracy, detailing, execution support, and documentation.

1. Technical Drafting

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for ceiling products, layouts, sections, and BOQs.

• Maintain CAD libraries, templates, and standard detailing blocks.

2. Accuracy & Detailing

• Ensure all drawings are precise, error-free, and in line with design intent.

• Prepare shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings.

3. Support to R&D & Design

• Translate designer’s concepts into production-friendly technical drawings.

• Modify and update drawings based on R&D feedback and design revisions.

4. Documentation & Control

• Maintain proper record of all revisions and versions of drawings.

• Provide timely documentation for manufacturing and site execution teams.

5. Collaboration

• Coordinate with designers, engineers, production, and site teams for smooth execution.

• Support presentations with technical detailing when required.
