What You’ll Be Doing: Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, including government, semi-government, and private sector organizations. Sales & Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand Hi-Steel’s presence in the market, working closely with existing and potential clients to drive sales. Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to refine sales strategies. Tender & Bidding Processes: Lead the participation in CPWD, PWD, and other government tenders, ensuring compliance and strategic positioning. What We’re Looking For: Experience in Key Account Management or Sales (preferably in the construction, building materials, or interior solutions sector). Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to handle high-value contracts. Ability to build and maintain relationships with government agencies, contractors, and corporate clients. A proactive and target-driven approach with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
